[John Kevin McMillan]

Memories of the Stephen F. Austin High School campus I attended at 1212 Rio Grande also bring to mind for me my appreciative memory of a very courageous State Bar of Texas member and UT-Austin Law School alumnus, attorney John F. Campbell, a longtime resident of Austin and proudly Christian gentleman whose law office in the late 1990s was situated a few blocks from the old AHS campus.

That State Bar of Texas member, John F. Campbell, very helpfully and incisively encouraged me inside his law office to myself write and send signed rejection letters on my own behalf to each and every person and entity that or who had expressed a lack of confidence in myself being psychologically healthy as well as civil and law-abiding.

I'm very glad I did assert my legal right to exclude such persons and entities from my own life through that wise and rational step. However, I've sometimes wondered since then if I should have sent out more rejection letters than I did write and mail to cited recipients during that period of my adult life.

(Mr. John F. Campbell, attorney, also wrote and in a kindly and helpful manner on my behalf mailed a certified-delivery legal letter signed by Mr. Campbell on his law firm's stationery that threatened legal action against an alleged possible stalker of myself reportedly based in the Palo Alto area of California---the latter individual being someone who had sent me a very alienating signed letter at my residence in Texas many years after I had lawfully and permanently rejected that person in a very clear manner on my part.)

The same State Bar of Texas member, John F. Campbell of Austin, who does not currently provide me with legal services, back in 2000 wrote and signed a courageously incisive legal letter, defending my own legal right to lead a lawfully heterophiliacal lifestyle in Austin, Texas, in which I am politely and congenially inclusive and receptive as a human being toward a significantly higher percentage of all of the adult heterosexual men than of any of the other cited adult male subpopulations whom I had discussed in person, and through legal correspondence of mine, with that honorable and highly-esteemed attorney providing me with legal services during that period.

The exact verbatim text of Mr. Campbell's invaluable signed legal letter to myself on that very important legal-rights and human-rights issue for myself, a letter dated January 27, 2000, stated: "Dear John: The purpose of this letter is just to emphasize that I would pursue legal action on your behalf if it should ever become necessary to assist you in excluding from your life any person, group, or legal entity from having any involvement in your life, who or (that) in any way exhibits an intolerance or contempt toward your decision to pursue a life in which virtually all of your adult male friends and associates are heterosexual or primarily heterosexual."

The same John F. Campbell, attorney, very kindly and helpfully stated to me one day during a legal-services consultation I had with him that he himself agreed with my personal outlook that nearly all of the adult men most like myself as human beings are, in fact, heterosexual or primarily heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

I would like to add to attorney John F. Campbell's invaluable legal statements in those regards, that I am also very determined to myself lawfully and in a civil and irrevocable manner, exclude from my own religious life, personal life, career, and any and all aspects of my own life, and also exclude by name from any access to my own intellectual property and exclude by name from receiving anything whatsoever from my own last will and testament, any and all businesses or corporations, any and all media companies or media organizations, any and all universities or colleges, any and all university systems, any and all schools or school districts, any and all U.S. states or U.S. cities or U.S. counties or foreign nations, and any and all civic groups or religious groups or social groups or student groups or political groups or individuals, who or that ever at any time in the 21st Century of my own life pursue conduct intrusive upon my own privacy rights, and that, in each such case, also in that cited context reveal or indicate or verbalize by that entity or person or group of persons, an outrageous failure on their part to fully acknowledge that virtually all of the law-abiding and honorable adult men most comprehensively similar to, and most like, myself as human beings, are, in fact, heterosexual or primarily heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

As a morally and aesthetically straight and masculine, youthful single adult gentleman who myself was informally assigned the admiring nickname of "Mr. Goody Two Shoes" by fellow members of the Stephen F. Austin High School varsity debate squad in which I was a member in the 1970s, and who myself during that time period gave a public speech I had written deploring widespread prevarication in American life in a oratorical contest I entered during my high-school days, and who is myself:

(1) philanthropic, and possessing myself a heritage of kindly devotion to befriending other honorable and conscientious and benevolent persons that my most famous ancestor, the Rev. William Brewster, head chaplain on the Mayflower and a great Puritan leader, embodied, including during his tenure as the First Governor of Massachusetts;

(2) religiously and lawfully and rationally non-Christian, non-atheist, non-agnostic, non-Baptist, non-Roman Catholic, non-Mormon, non-Quaker, non-Christian Scientist, non-Moslem, non-Unitarian, non-Shinto-Buddist, non-Hindu, and non-Judaistic in my own religious theology and religious affiliation, with myself in my religious life definitely being implicitly (as distinct from explicitly) deistic and focused accordingly on empirically observable phenomena;

(2a) opposed to superstitious beliefs, such as the superstitious belief of astrologists that one's conduct as a human being throughout one's life should somehow be governed by the cited alignment of planets at the time of one's birth, and opposed to the dreadfully fatalistic outlook of some persons that one's own current or future status in life is somehow pre-destined or pre-determined by others in advance;

(3) kind and optimistic and idealistic and honest and conscientious, traits of mine that were apparently acknowledged by a September 25, 1998, newspaper column published that day on page 1B of "The Austin American-Statesman" daily newspaper----a column written by "Austin American-Statesman" staff writer John Kelso.
In that newspaper column, John Kelso on his own initiative nominated "John K. McMillan" of Austin (myself) for President of the United States of America in the 2000 Presidential campaign. Mr. Kelso in that column praised me for being "the only person I (John Kelso) know who might be able to stand up to the intense personal scrutiny elected officials have to put up with today."
In the middle of that same column, Mr. Kelso also noted that "It's hard to imagine (John K.) McMillan involved in a scandal..." In the final paragraph, the same columnist for "The Austin American-Statesman" urged election of "John K. McMillan (myself) as our next U.S. President," adding that "he (John K. McMillan) may be the only man left qualified for the job."

(4) intellectually motivated, but very opposed myself to intellectual elitism per se, and very opposed as well to the view that the caliber of a human being should be determined primarily or solely by his intelligence level (IQ, for instance) or intellect per se, intellectual elitism and its accompanying contempt toward persons regarded as "stupid" or "moronic" or "ignorant" or "less brilliant," being decidedly cruel and injurious toward human beings who happened to have inherited a lesser intellectual capacity potential, as well as toward human beings who are under-employed through no fault of their own, and whose intellects are not developed fully as a result;

(5) masculine and pro-masculinity in adult men, I myself being somewhat repulsed by male-adult-effeminacy, this in a very civil and law-abiding and politely-nonverbalized manner on my part, though I of course strive to myself relect politeness and tolerance toward all any and all law-abiding forms of human conduct;

(5a) strongly supportive of and very appreciative of good voice modulation and vocal intonation, this admirable skill in speaking, including in public speaking, being accessible to virtually anyone who strives to achieve that goal, and something that I have strived to myself achieve on a year-round basis as well;

(6) politely aggressive (as distinct from passive, passive-aggressive, abrasive, sadistically or injuriously abusive, or militant, for instance) ;

(7) consistently civil (I keep my hands to myself, I never grab or physically beat or physically whip or pinch or bite or slap or pounce on or make obscene gestures at anyone, nor do I ever use objects as weapons by throwing those objects at anyone and inflicting physical pain on that person, and I last physically assaulted another person during my fourth-grade year of elementary school, with that male classmate of mine not having been injured from that incident that occurred in the backyard of my parents' home);

(7a) so consistently polite and civil and law-abiding and conscientious and gentlemanly myself toward others, that I only rarely talk about "sex" or "sexuality" topics or a cited "sexual identity" of someone with other persons, and only one total person in my entire adult life has ever once physically assaulted me on any occasion.

That one person was a tall and slender Anglo northern man in his 20s or 30s who late one night in 1987 or 1986 angrily accused me in person, this in a very sudden surprise attack on myself that occurred on the grounds of a public subway station in Braintree, Massachusetts, of myself having allegedly "sexually harassed" (sic) his cited biological female girlfriend, that man shouted at me with rage---an allegation that I emphatically disagree with, partly because I feel very sure that I was in fact platonically polite toward that man's girlfriend at all times, and, in addition, I had never lain a hand on her at any time. After hurling his allegation at me, the man in question immediately punched me in the eye and knocked me to the ground at about midnight that day in 1987 or 1986 on the property of the publicly-owned subway station at Braintree, Mass.;

(7b) proud of the fact that almost never in my entire life has any female person ever stated to me in person or over the telephone, or in a letter to myself, that she herself regarded me as being either "sexist" or "misogynistic," and in fact, one female freelance editor for "Atlantic Monthly" literary magazine did helpfully state to me in person in 1984 or 1985, this toward the conclusion of a first-ever meeting and conversation I had with herself inside an Irish-style pub in Cambridge, Mass., that "in my entire life, I've (Liz) never met any man as sensitive and empathetic toward women as you yourself are," as that female editor kindly stated to me that day in 1984 or 1985 in Cambridge, Massachusetts;

(8) consistently honest and conscientious---so much so that many individuals ever since the 1970s have told me that I am in fact "too honest" with others, and almost never in my entire adult life has anyone ever accused me of allegedly telling a lie to that person, with nearly all of those accusations by others having themselves been false accusations; and one kindly female work supervisor of mine in Austin several years ago stated to me in person inside my workplace at that time in Austin, "Within our company, you (John Kevin McMillan) are legendary for your honesty."

(8a) possessing an admirable self-critical aptitude that has promoted a dedication on my part toward year-round and lifelong self-improvement, and toward kindness and empathy toward others, and consistent very diligent obedience of the law on my part throughout my entire life;

(8a) very opposed to the view of all too many adult Americans that life is primarily a quest for a festive party, the lifestyle practices of hedonism and narcissism and their accompanying obliviousness to and contempt for moral issues and obedience of the law, being decadent lifestyles that I of course emphatically oppose;

(8b) so morally and aesthetically straight and lawfully heterophiliacal myself that each of my approximately 10 total roommates in Texas since 1988, when I resided near UT-Austin, has himself indicated or volunteered to me during the period in which we roomed together, that he was himself a heterosexual adult gentleman, and my most recent roommate fitting that description also stated to me that he regarded me as being polite and very respectful of his privacy rights, and he kindly invited me to continue rooming with him after he moved out of the apartment unit in which we had roomed together over a multi-month period.

(8c) proud of the fact that while I have resided with numerous roommates who were each significantly younger in age than myself, never once has anyone, or any of those significantly younger and adult roommates, ever at any time criticized me for being an alleged "Sugar Daddy" figure who allegedly myself attempted to dominate or subjugate or exploit that younger person while residing with that individual. I have, in fact, received praise from some of my adult younger roommates for not myself being domineering toward them, and for myself being a considerate roommate.

(9) platonically polite and possessing very high platonic aptitude myself toward anyone and everyone whom I agree to associate with in any context, it being the case that no person in my entire life has ever directly stated to me that I have myself ever at any time lain a hand on that person or physically touched that person with any impropriety or incivility on my part; and I take pride in the fact that ever since I most recently moved back to Austin, Texas, in mid-March of 1997, for instance, I have never once directly stated to any other human being at any time that I myself wanted to have carnal relations with that person;

(10) non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M, I myself having never once physically beaten or physically whipped anyone at any time during my entire adult life, nor have I myself ever once ever myself permitted anyone to physically beat or physically whip myself in any context;

(10a) very opposed myself to compelled relationships or arranged marriages of any type, and very opposed myself to slavery and to compelled speech and to torture, including verbalized forms of torture and the forms of mutual-consent torture that often occur in human relationships, in which one "romantic" partner permits another "romantic" partner to physically beat or physically whip or place a harness upon the former individual;

(11) non-pranking and anti-prankster (I don't even pull "surprises" on anyone), I myself being an emphatic lifelong opponent of pranks, including during my childhood and teenage years when I criticized other youths for pulling pranks on myself and others;

(12) non-gambling and anti-gambling, I myself having never once spent any money of my own on any financial gamble or on any lottery (such a the State Lottery of Texas, for instance) at any time in the last five-year period, for instance, and I myself being formally affiliated with the National Coalition Against Legalized Gambling, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C.;

(13) consistently law-abiding (I have no criminal-conviction record, in fact, as the Texas DPS and Austin Police Department have recently certified for me, and I have not received any traffic citation of any type on any occasion anywhere in Texas or New Mexico, the only two states in which I have a driven a motor vehicle ever since the early 1990s, on any occasion in the last 15 years), it also being noteworthy that in the multi-month period of 1979 when I was a motorist while residing in Florida, for instance, I was only once pulled over by any law-enforcement officer, and that Florida Highway Patrol officer shouted at me from his foghorn to get out of the fast lane of that federal highway, since I was driving too slow for that left-side lane, the Florida Highway Patrol trooper emphatically advised me through his foghorn. That Florida Highway Patrol trooper did not issue any traffic citation or written warning to me, nor, in fact, did he even leave his patrol car in order to speak in person with myself about his cited complaint to me that I was myself "driving too slow" in Florida that day.

(13a) very proud of the fact that in my entire life, including throughout my entire childhood, I have never once shouted at anyone or verbalized the statement to anyone, "I (John Kevin McMillan) will kill you" or "I (John Kevin McMillan) will destroy you" on any occasion, nor have I ever once verbalized the statement to anyone, "A pox on you!" or "Go to Hell!" or any permutation of those dreadfully misanthropic and injurious statements.

(14) non-stalking and anti-stalking, and exhibiting myself the self-esteem to myself lawfully insist on asserting my legal right, as I have done through consultations I've had with attorney members of the State Bar of Texas in recent years, to myself exclude from my life each of the cited individuals whom I have already myself chosen to permanently and irrevocably exclude from my own life, and I will be happy to provide anyone inquiring about the matter with a list of the legal names of those cited rejectees from my own life;

(15) anti-prostitution and anti-commercial-sex-parlor and opposed to any institution permitting sexual activity of any type inside or at a public place----sex at or in a public place being in violation of our state penal code in Texas; and in my entire life, I have never once paid any prostitute or professional "escort" to have carnal relations with me, nor have I ever once in my entire life ever once had sex inside any commercial sex parlor or sex-theme establishment or "bathhouse" or "resort" of any type; nor have I myself ever once in my entire life ever at any time agreed to have carnal relations of any type with anyone in exchange for the payment of money to myself by that individual.
I might also add that in my entire life, I have never once entered any house of prostitution or "bathhouse" or commerical sex parlor as a paying customer myself on any occasion anywhere in Texas, a state where I have resided on a continuous basis ever since January of 1988; anywhere in New Mexico, a state I visited several times in the 1990s; anywhere in Massachusetts, state where I resided for much of the 1980s; anywhere in Missouri, a state where I resided in the mid-1970s; anywhere in Florida, where I resided in 1979; or anywhere in New York State, a state where I briefly resided for a multi-week period in 1986.

(15a) proud of the fact that on the two occasions I can currently recall in which a female sexual prostitute approached me and propositioned me, I politely declined each time.

The first occasion occurred in 1984 when I was walking home at about midnight after attending a wedding party for a young married couple in Worcester, Mass. An African-American woman with heavy make-up on her face suddenly walked up to me, and she was escorted by an African-American man. The woman asked me with a rather intimidating facial expression and tone of voice, "Would you like a date with me?", this without any context to her very surprising comment.

More recently, I was doing my laundry inside an apartment complex/hotel laundry room in 1992 at the apartment complex/hotel along Airport Boulevard in east Austin where I resided at the time. In the middle of my washing my clothes there, an African-American lady entered that apartment complex laundry room in east Austin and stated to me that "I'm (the female speaker) behind on my cable television payments, so I am willing to have sex with you if you pay me for that in cash," or words to that effect.

I did politely decline that adult African-American woman's invitation that I have sex with her in exchange for an expected payment of money to herself that she had sought from me. I did politely state to that Austin lady that I hope she will consider asking for career counseling assistance that might help her phase into a law-abiding career.

(15a) opposed myself to sexual involvements between human beings that are strictly anonymous in nature and in which the two persons fail to each correctly state to each other in advance their full legal name, I myself having never left any alcoholic bar or nightclub with a new acquaintance I'd met there for for the first time in my entire life, and then had carnal relations with that new acquaintance of mine, on any occasion in more than 20 years, and in fact, I myself have been completely celibate anywhere and everywhere in the Austin area, and anywhere and everywhere throughout this entire multi-county region of Central Texas, ever since 1979;

(16) law-enforcement-minded (I support increased criminal-law prosecution of deplorable cases of complicity in crime currently evidenced in Austin, Texas, such as when individuals who have possible evidence of crimes they have observed fail to diligently report that evidence to a law-enforcement agency; and I strongly support court-ordered capital punishment for either homicide or attempted homicide, even though the Texas Legislature would have to officially approve the latter cited official basis for court-ordered capital punishment before it could actually become the law in our state);

(16a) very supportive myself of a salutary form of bridled capitalism that is guided at all times by diligent and conscientious government-imposed regulation of business entities, with a particular emphasis in that government regulation on promoting conservation of fossil fuels and protection of the environment (preventing injurious forms of noise pollution, for instance);

(17) consistently vigilant (I have contacted the Austin Police Department and other law-enforcement agencies and myself reported possible evidence of possibly illegal activites in Austin I've observed in my own life on hundreds of occasions in the last 11 years, for instance);

(18) anti-anonymous communications (I myself use my actual legal name in all of my communications with others, as I believe in being fully accountable myself for what I choose to say to or write to other persons);

(18a) appalled by the noise pollution that one person or group of persons or entity deliberately and knowingly and in an unconscionable manner might allegedly inflict on a cited "victim," or on any individual not wanting to be subjected to and not requesting that noise pollution, it being the case that noise pollution has allegedly been used at times as a "weapon" or cited "negative reinforcement" not authorized by a judge or jury, and allegedly aimed at "punishing" or "discouraging" or "demoralizing" or "hounding" or "persecuting" or "stalking" or "railroading out of town" or otherwise harming a cited victim whose political and religious and personal beliefs happen to be incompatible with the sadistic, very unethical, and very injurious sources or sponsors of that treacherous form of noise polllution;

(19) non-stalking and privacy-rights-respectful and not participating at any time in any form of "spying" on, or electronic surveillance of, or covert videotaping of, or any attempted "brainwashing" or attempted "hostage-taking" or attempted "enslavement" of any other person, or in any alleged attempt to "seize" or "control" or "claim ownership of" the intellectual property of any person;

(20) facially cleanshaven and hygienic, I myself being somewhat repulsed by facial hair;

(21) clean-talking, and abstaining from participation in verbal harassment of any other person, and also abstaining myself from any participation in shouting at another person in an accusatory manner, it being the case that I cannot recall any occasion in which any person has criticized me for using profane speech in my own comments that I verbalized either on the telephone or in person to one or more other human beings;

(21a) so wholesome and G-rated for a single adult non-Christian gentleman that in my entire private residence in Austin, none of the 200 or so published books that I own in my private library is reading material that a conscientious parent would regard as being "lewd" or "offensive" or "scandalous."

(21b) proud of the fact that in 1988, a former dorm neighbor of mine back in my college days at UT-Austin, a married man with an English degree from UT-Austin, stated to me in person inside his family residence in Austin, "You're unbelievably straight for an intellectual!", and also proud myself of the fact that several Austin-area men have each stated to me in the last half-dozen years that they regard me as myself being "too straight" to be appropriate as a party guest myself at a social party they were themselves either planning to host or possibly might someday themselves host in Austin.

(22) tattoo-less and anti-tattoo;

(23) jewelry-less and non-transvestite and non-transsexual, it being a certainty that none of my own personal clothing items I've myself ever owned at any time since I moved back to Texas in January of 1988 has ever once included any item of female attire;

(23a) proud of the fact that in my entire life, no person has ever once stated to me that the scent of any body ointment or lotion, such as a cologne, that I had applied to any portion of my body, was repulsive or offensive to that individual. In fact, I have only rarely applied any form of body ointment or body lotion or cologne to any portion of my body; and, in addition, I have only rarely applied any form of powder to any portion of my body.

(24) medically healthy and psychologically healthy and disease-free and youthful and relatively slender and good-looking with plenty of natural hair atop my head, and fully ambulatory and non-handicapped as well;

(24a) possessing myself a very strong will to live, and to myself have a full and fully vital and creative human lifespan and longevity, I being someone very mindful of myself being a very important and conscientious and honest and very benevolent human being ever since my early childhood, when I was repeatedly and politely criticized by my benevolent biological mother for myself being "too conscientious, Kevin," as Mother gently put it to me inside our Westlake Hills family home on numerous occasions in those early-childhood days, my elementary-school years also having been a period when I developed the ambition for myself of my eventually being elected President of the United States at some future date, and I also being a gentleman who has never myself ever once attempted to commit suicide, nor have I myself ever once been suicide-prone or suicidal, and in my entire life, in fact, I have never on any occasion ever once verbalized to myself or anyone else any cited "desire" or "intent" to myself ever allegedly commit the crime of suicide at any time---nor would I ever do so, under any circumstances, I wish to politely emphasize;

(25) City of Austin-certified HIV-negative (I requested and obtained a routine HIV test for myself, without any symptoms, at a City-owned public health clinic on December 1, 2008, using my reliable legal name and birthdate, with myself testing HIV-negative and myself being provided with a copy of that reliable test result);

(25a) proud of the fact that I have pursued a personal and religious tradition for myself ever since the 1990s of myself approximately every six months obtaining reliable medical test results for myself, containing my legal name and my birthdate, that state that I am HIV-negative and have no sexually transmitted disease.

(25b) proud of the fact that in addition to my being completely STD-free and HIV-negative throughout the entirety of the last 27-year period, in the last 27 years, each of the dozens of routine STD-test and HIV-test results I have obtained for myself from a medical clinic in the city or town where I resided, with myself using my reliable legal name for all of those test results I obtained in Austin, has always on each and every such occasion stated that I was myself STD-free at that time and HIV-negative at that time;

(26) very confident myself that in my role as a law-abiding, permanently illicit-drug-free, adult member of the HIV-negative community of Austin and Travis County, 99 percent or more of all of the law-abiding, permanently illicit-drug-free adult men in Austin and in Travis County, Texas, who also each happen to be adult members of that very noteworthy and honorable community of adult gentlemen in this city and county, are, in each such case, either heterosexual or primarily heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

(27) strongly supportive myself of the legal and human right of any person considering whether to romantically date another individual in a mutual-consent context, to politely insist on a full advance sharing between those two individuals of very recent and reliable sexually transmitted disease test results and HIV-virus test results obtained within the last six-month period, with each of those medical-test reports citing the correct legal name and correct birthdate of each such prospective mutual-consent romantic partner;

(28) strongly supportive myself of a worker's right to know (even though federal law does not currently uphold this human right for workers, and a revision of federal law by the U.S. Congress would be needed on behalf of this "right to know" at the workplace being officially upheld) whether the HIV virus is currently present among at least one of the coworkers at that cited workplace, and strongly supportive myself of a human being's legal right to volunteer to his employer every six months a new and fully-up-to-date reliable medical test result for himself, indicating that he is, in fact, HIV-negative;

(29) strongly supportive myself of full criminal-law prosecution in a court of law in Austin, Texas, by the Austin Police Department and Travis County District Attorney of any legal-status adult individual who allegedly infects another person in Austin, Texas, with the HIV virus, my understanding being that the state penal code of Texas does in fact authorize criminal-law prosecutions in a court of law for many of the criminal-law cases of that type;

(30) athletically talented and physical fitness-minded, the athletic pursuits in which I excel including tennis, racquetball, bicycling, roller-skating, and hiking;

(31) lifelong tobacco-free and anti-tobacco;

(32) non-alcoholic, never-previously-addicted to alcohol, and permanently alcohol-free and permanently teetotaling on a year-round and lifelong basis ever since the summer of 1990;

(32a) proud of the fact that I myself have never once been arrested for or charged by any law-enforcement agency with, driving while intoxicated or being publicly intoxicated, on any occasion in my entire life;

(32b) proud of the fact that for the total time period 1977 until 1990 in which I did consume a minimal total amount of drinking alcohol, I myself did not keep any quantity of any wine, beer, or alcohol that I myself owned inside my residence for all but two or three total combined years of that entire 12-year time period.

(32c) proud of the fact that I myself have never once been accused by any other person of having myself been responsible for that person allegedly becoming drunk or intoxicated from consumption of alcohol in my presence or as a result of actions I myself had pursued;

(33) politically and religiously Prohibitionist, in that I support the eventual political and religious nationwide goal of a ban on the production and sale and consumption of drinking alcohol and tobacco products;

(34) permanently and irrevocably illicit-drug-free throughout the entire last 24-year period (and never-previously-addicted) and anti-drug, it also being the case that in my entire life, I myself have never at any time hosted any social party or dinner party at which any quantity of any illicit drug was consumed by any of the guests at that party, or by myself, for that matter.

---proud of the fact that in 1986 or 1985, I did quickly and successfully flee from a so-called social party in north Quincy, Massachusetts, to which I had been invited in advance by a female Anglo coworker of mine at "The Patriot Ledger" daily newspaper in Quincy, Mass., this shortly after I discovered to my shock and horror at the party site itself that the bald male Anglo adult host of the party--someone whom I had never met before --- was himself consuming cocaine in my presence, and that the party host was inviting each of his "party guests" to consume cocaine with him (I politely declined).

--proud of the fact that in 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1997, I repeatedly and consistently declined to smoke marijuana with each of the various persons who in my presence urged me to smoke marijuana with them on at least one occasion during that year inside their residence in Cambridge, Mass.; Austin, Texas; and Big Spring, Texas.

One of the persons who repeatedly (and, of course, always unsuccessfully) urged me to smoke marijuana with him inside his residence was a next-door neighbor of mine and self-identified "Harvard University Professor" and Anglo man who in 1985 resided in a first-floor unit of a two-story rental apartment building in which I resided on the upper floor of that rental apartment building in Cambridge, Mass.
One context in which I was invited by an Anglo professional newspaper journalist to smoke marijuana was a staff party for "Big Spring Herald" general-circulation daily newspaper reporters and editors in Big Spring, Texas, that I attended inside the residence of a staff member of that west Texan daily newspaper in the fall of 1989.
I had been invited to that party by a "Big Spring Herald" daily newspaper editor in connection with my being interviewed for a reporting job vacancy by an editor of that daily newspaper earlier that day inside the "Big Spring Herald" daily newspaper office in central Big Spring, Texas. I of course declined to smoke any marijuana at that party, and was very surprised to be observing professional newspaper journalists actually smoking an illicit drug at an informal party for staff members.

---proud of the fact that I myself have never once purchased any quantity of any illicit drug on any occasion in the entirety of the last 30-year period, and that, in addition, in my entire life I have never once sold any quantity of any illicit drug to anyone on any occasion.

(35) a proud lifelong abstainer ever since my infancy from any consumption myself at any time of any of the following illicit drugs, among the many illicit drugs that I have never at any time consumed at any time during my entire life (nor would I ever do so, I wish to emphasize): cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, LSD, amphetamines, speed, barbituates, quaaludes, etc.

(36) a strong supporter myself of full enforcement of the law on investigation and prosecution of any and all illicit-drug-related activities.

(37) proud of my record as a gentleman who has never at any time in my entire life subjected any person to any consumption of any illicit drug, and very opposed myself to "pranks" or "tricks" or "foul play" in which an innocent person is told (as occured to myself in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1982) by another adult person (an Anglo man) in a deceptive manner that the former individual is being "treated to a wholesome brownie," or words to that effect, by that self-described "friend" or "friendly acquaintance" or "friendly neighbor," only to himself (myself, in that specific example from 1982 in which I was myself victimized by a law-breaking Minneapolitan on that occasion) discover with shock and anger, in the middle of eating that so-called "wholesome" brownie, that it was in fact laced with the illegal drug marijuana!;

(38) proud of the fact that in my entire life, I myself have never once on any occasion ever at any time sold any quantity of any illicit drug or any illicit drugs, for that matter, to any other person or any group of persons or any entity, and proud of the fact that in the entire period since the fall of 1978, I myself never on any occasion purchased any quantity of any illicit drug from any person at any time, and also proud of the fact that in my entire life, I have never on more than one total occasion of my entire life ever once myself purchased any quantity of any illicit drug from anyone on any occasion.

(38a) proud of the fact that in my entire life, I myself have never on any occasion ever once consumed any illicit drug at a time when I was alone, such as inside an apartment where I resided alone at that time, on any occasion; nor has any visitor to my residence ever on any occasion in my entire life consumed any quantity of any illicit drug in my presence during his visit to my residence.

(39) strongly supportive of the legal right and human right of anyone, including any Stephen F. Austin High alumnus, to choose to exclusively associate with persons who completely and permanently and on a year-round basis abstain from any consumption of any illicit drug;

(40) cheerful and good-humored and possessing a kind, non-cynical, sense of humor;

(41) friendly and expressing enthusiastic appreciation toward a wide range of people, including youths and honorable biological parents, it being the case that no person in my entire life has ever once stated to me that he or she regarded me as myself being "heterophobic" or "anti-parent" or "anti-child" or a cited "straight-basher" who was myself allegedly unfair toward law-abiding heterosexual men.

(41a) very proud of the fact that I was myself a successful official "Big Brother" in the past with two respective elementary-school-age youths to whom I was matched by the Brown County Big Brothers and Big Sisters program in New Ulm, Minnesota, in the early 1980s, and that each of the mothers of those youths stated to me during that period that she was pleased by my conscientious and friendly and honorable style as a "Big Brother" working with her son; and in Texas in the period since 1988, I have also been an unofficial "Big Brother" to three respective male youths whose adult guardian each stated that they were impressed by my polite and helpful and honorable conduct with each of those youths, and the most recent mother whose son I befriended in Denver City, Texas, in 1996, has told me several times in recent years that her son was greatly inspired in a very favorable way by my overall style as an unofficial "Big Brother" to himself, and that her son's very strong and successful academic performance in school attested to that very salutary influence on her son by myself, she volunteered to me, including in a recent long-distance phone conversation I had from my residence in Austin with that kindly west Texan mother in December of 2008;

(42) expressive myself of considerable tolerance toward any and all law-abiding forms of human diversity of lifestyle conduct, including law-abiding forms of verbalized criticism of any person or entity that does not involve anonymous speech or privacy-rights violations or stalking on the part of that critic, and that refers in a critical manner to any particular business entity or government-owned institution or private non-profit group, or any particular lifestyle practice being criticized, all of these law-abiding forms of human diversity of expression in Texas being of course Freedom of Speech-protected and also Freedom of Religion-protected and, indirectly, Freedom of Association-protected (and, as a corollary, Freedom of Non-Association-protected) by the U.S. Constitution;

(43) myself very opposed to heckling or censorship or censorious conduct toward non-anonymous and law-abiding communications by anyone;

(44) in staunch opposition myself to biological determinism, and to biological determinist ideologies, though I of course honor the Freedom of Speech legal rights of those who do have those ideologies themselves;

(45) in staunch opposition myself to the view of many Central Texans that human identity is (according to their own conveyed outlook) primarily sexual in nature, it being my own emphatic view that 99 percent or more of all human relationships in life are, in fact, strictly platonic in nature, or, at least, do not involve any carnal relations or any mutual-consent romantic dating or any sexual proposition per se being verbalized at any time by either person to the other in that human relationship;

(46) not myself affiliated in any way with or employed by or a member of, if applicable, any sexuality-theme or sex-theme or gender-studies or sexuality-studies organization or media company or business entity or educational institution or research institution or any other entity, for that matter, which fits that description;

(47) very supportive myself of a comprehensively qualitative and normative evaluation of each individual whom I encounter during my leisuretime, for instance, this being an outlook of mine that enhances my ability to be as fair as possible toward the individuality of each human being, it being my view that each human being should be held fully accountable for a wide variety of qualitative and morality-related and aesthetic traits (does the person smile in a kindly manner, for instance?; does the person have good phone manners?; does the person drive his motor vehicle within the speed limit?; does that person honor verbalized rejections of himself?; does a person who is single conscientiously offer in person to present a certified copy of very recent HIV-virus test and STD-test results for himself, results citing his full legal name and accurate birthdate, to any prospective sex partner for himself whom he is dating in person in a mutual-consent context?; does a person have a history of ever on any prior occasion in his entire life having ever once infected another person with a sexually transmitted disease of any type?; and does a person exhibit a high level of respect toward the Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Association rights of others?) involving freedom of choice on that individual's part;

(48) very supportive of the legal right of any human being who is illicit-drug-free, for instance, to exclude persons age 30 or older who are themselves consuming any quantity of illicit drugs, from his own group of personal friends and associates;

(49) and possessing myself a strong devotion to myself helping address the broader needs of society, and of all current and future generations of Americans;

-----I am very grateful for the major legal victory of mine, with help from a highly-esteemed senior-citizen gentleman member of the State Bar of Texas state agency of the State Government of Texas, on behalf of my own legal right to lead a lawfully and legally heterophiliacal (and, I might add, pro-masculine-and-cleanshaven-adult-gentleman) lifestyle in that way.[/b]

Another recent legal victory for me occurred this year when another very distinguished State Bar of Texas member offered me his gentlemanly legal advice from his law office in our state that I should write to this Austin High alumni website and in very clear terms insist that any and all of the Stephen F. Austin High School alumni, or friends or relatives of Stehen F. Austin High alumni, who have allegedly participated in any public disparagement of myself---former Austin High School Salutatorian John Kevin McMillan---in which they have allegedly claimed or allegedly asserted that I (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) am myself allegedly somehow capable of ever myself committing the unconscionable and deplorable sex crime of pederasty,
must each cease and desist his or her alleged character assassination of myself in that way.

I was reminded of the apparent need for this helpful legal action on my behalf when I was informed earlier this 21st Century by an Austin resident unrelated to me, that that individual had obtained legal evidence noting that several persons attending a 21st Century Austin High alumni get-together allegedly had stated at that event that since the new and implicitly deistic (non-atheistic, non-agnostic) non-Christian as well as non-proselytizing quality-of-life religion that I myself have established---a wholesome religion for the honorable with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements for which 99.9 percent to 100 percent of all adult male persons potentially qualifying for or qualifying for my own religion will of course be heterosexual or primarily heterosexual in sexual identity per se---- assigns highest priority to generously and comprehensively befriending as many youths and others under age 30 as possible, this was cited as "proof" by some or several of the individuals attending that Austin High alumni event, that I myself, John Kevin McMillan, was allegedly somehow "guilty" of being "potentially pederastic," or words to that effect, according to those alleged slanderers of myself attending the cited Austin High alumni event.
State law in Texas defines pederasty as a sex crime by a legal-status adult in which that adult person has carnal relations with a youth age 16 or younger.
Those flagrantly dishonest and significantly injurious as well as slanderous comments reportedly made about me at a 21st Century Austin High alumni event did significant damage to my own public reputation in Austin. You can be very sure that I will assert my legal position on that subject in a court of law in Texas at the earliest opportunity.
I am a law-abiding and fervent opponent of inter-generational exploitation of younger persons (regardless of whether those younger persons are youths or adult younger persons) by older persons. I am dismayed when I note the tragic cases that occur in Austin of older persons preying upon the financial vulnerability of some younger persons, often while undermining those younger persons' level of confidence, intellectual and moral development, locution, medical health, financial-earnings capacity, ability to have and enjoy a full social life, and overall level of happiness.

When I myself befriend anyone significantly younger than myself in age, regardless of whether that younger individual is a legal-status adult, I strive to be doubly careful that I honor that person's privacy rights and never presssure that individual to have an involvement with me in my own life; and that no "quid pro quo" of any type is ever conveyed; and I also immediately honor any verbalized rejection of myself by anyone, including an adult person significantly younger than myself in age.
